- By entering this Competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- The Competition commences on xth Month 2020 and may run to xth Month 2020 unless stated otherwise. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received within the stipulated time frame.

- The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another at equivalent value.
- All individual prizes do not exceed $250 and the overall prize value of the promotion does not exceed $50,000.
- The Competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner(s).
- At the time and date specified in the “Determining the winner(s)” section of the Schedule,
each valid entry will be judged individually on its merits by the Judges based on the Content
Criteria. - The winning entry or entries will be the entry or entries that best satisfy the Content Criteria, as determined by the Judges.
- The Judges’ decision will be final and binding and no correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
- Winners will be announced on Sunday xnd Month.
- The winner will be notified by direct messages via Social Media. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner / forfeit the prize altogether.
- The Promoter will notify the winner when the prize is sent.
- The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.
- Entry into the Competition will be deemed as an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
- Be entering the Competition, each entrant releases Instagram from any and all liability to the entrant arising in any way from the conduct of the competition.
- All information provided by a Promotion entrant is provided to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
- If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in anyway by a cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.
